Bride uses lie detector on bridesmaids after weight-based dress code is leaked
A bride has disowned one of her closest pals after details of her weight-bassed wedding dress code were leaked.
The furious woman made all of her bridesmaids take a lie detector test after seeing the details had been shared widely online.
During the test one of her friends admitted sharing the screengrab on social media, and the bride quickly "removed her from the property".
Last month Mirror Online reported on the guidelines for the Hawaii wedding , which included orders that guests should spend at least £565 on their outfits.
The bride offered different colours and styles for different weight brackets.
After the details were leaked she shared the results of her "polygraph party" and revealed the "snitch" on social media, reports the Sun .
She wrote: "Many of y’all have been asking how Saturday’s Polygraph Party went. It was fantastic.
"Attendance was 100%. I asked y’all simple questions such as ‘did you leak my dress code to the internet?’ and ‘do you secretly hate me?’"
"Friends, it is with only the deepest joy that I can announce the identification of the snitch.
"My former friend, Stephanie, was immediately removed from my property.
"She confessed to leaking my posts and ridiculing me online.
"My original dress code has gone viral because of her and the outside world will never f***ing understand thanks to Stephanie.
"Good riddance! Now the Hawaii 2019 wedding can go on!"
She also used the post to reinforce the dress code and to tell people to buy their hats as soon as possible.
She says that people must send photos of the outfits they plan to wear for her consideration at least a month before the big day.
In the original post the bride stated that women who weigh between 100 and 160lbs (around 7st to 11st) should wear a green velvet jumper with orange suede trousers and Christian Louboutin shoes.
However women who weight more than 11st should wear a black jumper and trousers with a pair of heels.
Men who weigh between 100lbs and 200lbs are asked to wear a purple fluffy jacket and all white trainers.
If they’re over 200lbs they need to wear all camouflage with black trainers.
