Birdman Slashes Price of Miami Mansion with 40-Foot Ceilings and a Glowing Bed by $4.5 Million
Bryan “Birdman” Williams has re-listed his Miami mansion with a $4.5 million price cut. The home is now listed for $15.5 million with Brown Harris Stevens Miami realtors Jeff Miller and Darren Weiner of Celebrity Advisors LLC. Trulia reports he picked up the palatial pad for $14.5 million in 2012, but according to the listing, he’s made quite a few million-dollar upgrades since he purchased it. Two wine cellars, a clay pizza oven, a 3,500-square foot-master-suite, and a recording studio used by Cash Money Records are just a few of the features buyers can expect from this elaborate property.
A pool and sand volleyball court sit on the 30,000-square-foot lot, which also includes a narrow beachfront and a dock big enough for a 100-foot yacht, according to the Miami Herald.
“He just wants to downsize,” Harris says of why Birdman has decided to part ways with the 7-bedroom, 11-bathroom estate. “We’ve been looking around for something smaller for him.” The master suite in his current abode has dual bathrooms, walk-in closets and separate sitting areas.
A light-up island, generously sized windows and modern cabinetry make a stylish statement in the “gourmet kitchen.”
In the 19,970-square-foot house’s bar area, visitors will finda luxe pool table and a mirror that reads “Respek” — a nod to his 2016 hit.
Another angle of the open-plan living space shows a large seating area for the rapper to relax, or entertain neighbors like Lil Wayne, who is also selling his Miami place.
