Meghan reveals skill she has been ‘trying to get better at’ behind palace walls
Meghan Markle has been trying to improve her French, it is tonight reported.
Duchess of Sussex, 37, made the comment during a visit to the Hubb Community Kitchen in west London this week.
She has promoted a charity book on the back of numerous visits to the kitchen, which is based at a mosque.
Survivors of the Grenfell Tower fire have bonded at Hubb Community Kitchen over their shared love for food.
And, according to the Mail on Sunday, Meghan told them she has "been trying to get better at my French over the last year".
The former Suits actress, who was on the US version of Deal or No Deal, is believed to be very fond of France.
She and Prince Harry jetted off to Nice for a romantic getaway around one year ago.
But, in addition to helping organise her wedding to 34-year-old Harry and taking part in a mammoth tour of Australia, New Zealand, Tonga and Fuji this year, Meghan has also reportedly found time to work on her new skill.
But the former Suits star, who was born in Los Angeles, California, studied French for six years.
She also reportedly learned Spanish in Madrid and during an internship at the US Embassy in Argentina.
It comes amid reports Meghan is becoming increasingly "frustrated" with having her ideas for change rejected by Kensington Palace.
Sources have claimed the pregnant royal is upset at "not being able to comment" on the situation with Thomas Markle.
Meghan broke off contact with her dad soon after he took part in a staged paparazzi shoot before her wedding.
