Loose Women star Andrea McLean regularly documents her life on social media and yesterday was no different. The 50-year-old TV presenter, who gives her 258,000 Instagram followers a glimpse at both her work and homelife online, managed to capture a disagreement with her husband in her latest offering.

Andrea, who is married to businessman Nick Feeney, playful scolded her husband of almost three years, when she caught him tucking into a chocolate snack.

Nick could be seen eating a KitKat without first separating the two chocolate fingers.

The mum-of-two exclaimed to her daughter “What’s wrong with this picture?”

As the trio sat in their kitchen, the television host went on to say: “You just don’t eat a KitKat like that.”

To which, he cheekily replied: “I’ll tell you what, I’ll get another one out and do it properly.”

“It’s just wrong,” Andrea remarked before going on to present what she believed to be the right way of eating the confectionery.

“This is how you eat a KitKat,” she continued before revealing that she liked to break the foil wrapper with her finger nail and snap the biscuits apart.

“Half the joy is sticking your finger nail in breaking it… the joy of slicing the tin foil, unraveling it, and then nibbling all the chocolate around the edges.”

“That’s how you eat a KitKat,” Andrea pointed out.

Andrea, who is mum to son Finlay, 18, who she shares with first husband Nick Green, and daughter Amy, 13, from her relationship with Steve Toms, also got her children involved in the discussion.

The ITV star asked her teenage son to show them how he ate the treat.

She then filmed him jokingly biting into the chocolate bar without even unwrapping it.

Clearly amused by his antics, the Loose Women panelist posted laughing emojis alongside the footage which she shared on her Instagram Story.
