Blac Chyna flashes peace sign as she sues the Kardashians for $100 Million
Blac Chyna was pictured flashing the peace sign as she left court in LA for day one of her trial against the Kardashians, where she is bringing a claim against the famous family for over $100 million, alleging they destroyed her TV career.
The model and reality star, 33, seemed in good spirits after facing Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Kris Jenner during day one of the trial, which was limited to jury selection, flashing a peace sign at cameras as she was driven away from the building.
The star, whose real name is Angela White, has brought a $100 million claim against the Kardashian family, accusing them of killing off her reality show Rob & Chyna, which ran for one season in 2016.
The reality star, who shares five year old daughter Dream with Rob Kardashian, claims the Kardashians interfered with her business dealings in order to drive her out of reality television.
Blac Chyna and Rob Karashian split in 2016, however while Rob’s attorney said their split is what caused the show to end, Chyna insists the Kardashians plotted to ensure the show was taken off the air.
The model is suing the Kardashians for a total of $108 million (£83 million) in damages, according to court documents seen by the Mail Online; $44 million for "past economic damage" and $64 million for "future economic damage".
Day one of the trial, which is expected to last 10 days, saw Blac Chyna and the Kardashians sit in court as potential jurors for the trial explained whether or not they felt they could be unbiased in the case.
One potential juror told the judge he could not be neutral as he had watched Kim’s sex tape with ex Ray J, which was leaked in 2007.
The middle-aged man, who asked to be excused from the case, said he had “never watched the Kardashian show but I have watched the Kardashian sex tape and I don’t think I could be neutral in this case”, with laughter reportedly breaking out in the courtroom.
“I’m going to be playing that sex tape in my head and possibly not listening too closely” the same man said later, however he was interrupted by the judge who told him “we got the point”.
Another man said he could not be unbiased about the Kardashians, telling the court “anything that has to do with their names is just a bit no for me… I don’t think reality TV is good for society”.

One woman claimed she had banned her daughter from watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians, while another said they “sincerely hope none of these people get any wealthier” from the court case, according to The Independent.
Chyna became involved in the legal battle with her ex-fiancé’s mother and sisters after alleging they made sure her and Rob’s reality series was axed, which she said “not only hurt me financially and emotionally, that hurt my beautiful KIDS".
She continued in a social media post: “I’m taking them to court to stand up for my legal rights and to be an example to my kids that ‘what’s right is right, what’s wrong is wrong’. And what they did was so wrong.”
As well as daughter Dream, Chyna also has a nine-year-old son, King Cairo, who she shares with Kylie’s ex Tyga.
The trial continues.
