Bristol Palin Doesn't Like How She's Being Portrayed On 'Teen Mom OG'
Technically, once you enter your 20s you can’t be considered a “teen mom” anymore. At that point you’re just a lady with kids. However, because reality TV is life, MTV’s Teen Mom OG still comes on and Bristol Palin, America’s Sweetheart, is one of its cast members and reportedly getting a $250,000 check for it. Apparently, she has an issue with how she’s being portrayed and has taken to her Instagram page to let y’all hoes know that what y’all see is NOT reality, kind of how that picture above looks like it’s of an animatronic Soleil Moon Frye when it’s really Bristol Palin.
E! News reports that Bristol, a mother of three, is sick and tired of the bullshit that is Teen Mom OG and their editing sorcery, so she posted this really long, really cliché note to her Instagram about how she works hard, loves her kids, blah blah blah blah BYE.

If I cared what people thought of me, I wouldn’t be here today – let’s be real. I’ve stood strong and held it down for my kids since day one. No matter how bad @teenmom tries to portray my “life” ….. my babies, my family, my close friends – they know the TRUTH. I’m a pretty great mom, work my ass off, show up, and hustle everyday to give my kids a pretty great life. @mtv doesn’t want to talk about faith, show work ethic, or juggling three kids alone, they don’t want to show the humble process of starting over after a divorce, building a career, or any real life issues. All they want with my little segment each week is some fake fill-in Farrah Abraham/Jerry Springer BS, and it’s simply not true. Don’t get me wrong – I’ve said some mean things and learned a lot the last several months – but the life I’ve built for my kids is NOT sitting around talking about baby daddy drama. Every week is a continued disappointment with their inaccuracies and false narratives. I hate getting all emo on you guys but I’ve kept quiet for too long about it. Don’t believe everything you see on TV.
I can stand behind her being a good mom and taking care of her family, but darling this is REALITY TV. They make everyone look bad because it’s kinda in the Reality TV bylaws (should’a read them closer). And honestly, these “That’s not the real me!” girl-crying-wolf antics don’t do shit to pull at my heart strings because Bristol 100% drank the Kool-Aid in regards to former cast member Farrah Abraham, whom she replaced. In September she was a guest on SiriusXM’s The Jenny McCarthy Show and was more than willing to engage in the time honored art of shade throwing.
So no, Bristol. You gets no love from me. If you don’t like having your life twisted and turned inside out for the entertainment of American viewers then don’t do Reality TV. Run for an office instead. Maybe, Vice President?
