Britney Spears runs errands without kids on Mother's Day following court hearing

Britney Spears was spotted out and about without her children on Mother’s Day after appearing in court.

The singer was seen ordering coffee at the drive-thru with her personal bodyguard on Sunday as multiple countries, including America, celebrated their mothers.

The Toxic hitmaker was pictured peeping her head out of the window to check on her order in Los Angeles.

The 37-year-old, who completed a 30-day treatment for her mental health last month, appeared to have changed from the driver’s seat to the back of her SUV as her bodyguard drove them both back home.

The sighting comes after Britney was last seen on Friday, leaving a court hearing in Los Angeles with her mother while Lynn Spears fights to access Britney’s medical records.

The mum-of-two – who shares Sean,13, and Jayden, 12, with ex Kevin Federline – is currently battling with her own parents over her conservatorship.

Currently, Britney’s father Jamie is her sole conservator, meaning only he has control over decisions concerning her health.

Britney’s father, Jamie, is credited with helping to save her life in 2008 after she was committed to a psychiatric ward and put on 5150 involuntary psychiatric hold.

Since Jamie suffered from a near-fatal health crisis over the Christmas period, it is thought Britney realised she was no longer in a good place.

Throughout all of this, Britney’s boyfriend Sam is said to have been a ‘constant support’ and sources say they are ‘so in love and seem to get closer every day.’

Kevin, who has four other children, received custody of their sons in 2008, one year after their two-year marriage came to an end in 2007.

On Mother’s Day Sam shared a sweet throwback with Britney on Sunday to praise her for doing ‘the toughest job in the world’.

Sam wrote on Instagram: ‘Happy Mother’s Day to all the beautiful mothers out there doing the toughest job in the world!’
