According to a police report obtained exclusively by Radar, police responded to a fight between Stanton and Jacobs at a hotel on Sept. 10 at about 3:15 a.m.

In the report, law enforcement officials said a “physical altercation” took place in the hotel room “where it was alleged that Stanton battered her boyfriend.”

Amid hours of arguing, “Stanton took the room phone and swung it at Jacobs, hitting him in the body,” a responding officer claimed.
