Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow just had a Friends reunion in ‘Central Perk’
Friends may have ended years ago, but the love for the show is still alive and well.
This was proved earlier this week, when Ellen Degeneres helped two of the stars of the show stage a mini reunion on The Ellen Show.
Courteney Cox, who played Monica Geller and Lisa Kudrow who took on the role of Phoebe Buffay, dropped by the chat show for a visit and couldn’t resist getting cosy on an orange sofa that looked just like the one they used to sit on in the show.
The three celebs took part in a photo shoot after Ellen transformed part of her set to look like the Central Perk coffee shop from the 90s sitcom.
Gunther sadly wasn’t there to take their order, but the audience were more than pleased to witness the two actresses come together again.
They cosied up with Ellen on the couch for a series of pictures, which were then used to launch Courteney’s new Instagram account.
The 54-year-old joined the social media platform on Wednesday and captioned her Friends-themed photo by saying: "Hello Instagram! I’m here with a little help from my friends."
Her picture quickly garnered a lot of attention, wracking up more than 324,000 likes.
Courteney’s account also amassed followers pretty fast, with her already having 565,000 after just one day.
As well as the photo in ‘Central Perk’, Courteney also shared a Boomerang video of her and Lisa outside The Ellen Show set, walking into the building.
Both dressed in black, the pair can be seen walking arm in arm with their backs to the camera, before turning and flashing a smile.
People on Instagram absolutely loved the reunion and told the actress so.
One person commented: "I’M SCREAMINGGGGG!"
A second said: "My heart is happy."
"This was an amazing reunion to witness! I just had my 90s dreams come true," added a third.
