Kevin Clifton apologises after he fails to help fan with Stacey Dooley ‘We didn’t know’

Kevin Clifton, 37, took to social media yesterday to ask forgiveness, after not being able to provide the correct directions to a fan when she needed assistance. The Grimsby born choreographer was thanked by Strictly Come Dancing fan Carolina in her Instagram story for stopping to help her mum when she couldn’t find where she was going.
Carolina posted a photo of Kevin and Stacey, 33, looking low key as they both held takeaway coffee cups in their hands.
She wrote: “Thank you @sjdooley and @kevinclifton for giving my mom directions.”
Kevin responded: “Ha. Sorry, we didn’t know which way!:
Documentary filmmaker Stacey looked stylish and casual in a brown co-ord paired with Birkenstock style sandals.

Meanwhile, Kevin kept sophisticated in a black jumper matched with black jeans and Converse trainers.
The couple have been together just over a year after meeting on the 2018 series of Strictly Come Dancing.
Earlier this year they moved into a London home together, where they are currently spending lockdown.
Recently the raven-haired TV star revealed to Saturday Morning Kitchen that the coronavirus pandemic has made them live like university students.
Stacey appeared on the show by live stream, before Kevin gatecrashed the chat.
“He’s panicking, he looks scruffy,” Stacey said.
Kevin added: “My mum’s going to be furious!”
Stacey continued: “We’ve been like a pair of students, staying in bed late, getting up late, gotta get some kind of routine back in this household!”

Back when the now couple were on the BBC One dancing programme their sizzling chemistry led them to victory as they won the show.
She told BBC Radio 5’s Headliners podcast recently: “I didn’t want to be such a cliché – it’s so cringe and cheesy. I want to be cooler than this.
Addressing their romance, she added: “Kev and I were pals for such a long time.
“I liked hanging out with him. So it was much later down the line for us.”

Back in March Kevin announced that he would be stepping down from Strictly Come Dancing to focus on other areas of his life.
Stacey was accused of leading the charge behind the departure which upset some of the show’s fans.
“It’s always the woman’s fault like I’m incapable of making a decision,” said Kevin during an interview on This Morning.
“I did talk about it with her and she always said to me, ‘This has to be your decision. You can’t have anyone tell you what to do here. This is a big decision’.”
