TV presenter Lorraine Kelly, 62, shot down a Twitter troll who criticised her for getting a preview to the latest series of Ricky Gervais’ After Life before anyone else. Despite the third series not being released until next week, Lorraine landed an early screening and gushed about it to fans.
Revealing she had already binge-watched the latest instalment, Lorraine tweeted: “Lucky enough to have been given a preview of #AfterLife3.
“Stayed up until late last night as had to binge every episode.
“It’s beautiful. It’s perfect. Belly laughs and tears.
“Thank you, Ricky Gervais.”
Most fans were extremely jealous Lorraine had early access to the beloved Netflix series.
Chris wrote: “Lucky woman, go on tell us all how it ends?”
Fiona replied: “That’s a good perk of your job, can’t wait to see it.”
Daniel said: “Please send me a copy Ricky Gervais, I promise I won’t leak it!”

However, one user named Justine was livid and penned an angry message to the presenter.
She said she was so furious that she would no longer watch the series because it was unfair Lorraine had been given access before everyone else.
She wrote: “Privileged people getting a preview of one of my fav series. I lost it now. Don’t want to watch it.”
Lorraine quickly replied to the user and explained why she was able to watch After Life before it streams on Netflix.

The latest series of After Life will pick up directly from where season two left off as Tony (Gervais) mourns the death of his father, Ray (David Bradley).
Meanwhile, he is still grieving the loss of his wife Lisa (Kerry Godliman) and feeling conflicted over the way he acted before her death.
The trailer promises the return of Penelope Wilton, Ashley Jensen and Joe Wilkinson, and also teases a guest spot from Kenneth Collard as an irate pub landlord
After Life season three returns to Netflix on January 14.
