It is thought it has cost them over £3.5 million to demolish the property and rebuild their ‘dream home’ on its grounds.
The renovations have seen Mark make friends with the tradesmen working on the property, andhe recently treated them to a night out for Christmasas a thank you for their work.
The loved up couple have been sharing several updates on the property’s renovations, giving fans a tour of the property before "the final push" on their home Instagram account, @wrightyhome.
Despite being the fly-tippers' targets, the pair have a lot to celebrate this Christmas.
On 22 December, Mark updated his followers that he’d been given the all clear by doctors after a cancer scare.
Earlier this year, Mark discovered a lump in his armpit. Despite being told it was benign, he was referred to a specialist to "rule out the worst" due to the speed in which the lump was growing.
And in December, he had surgery to remove the lump before confirming the good news with fans.
"How are you doing? A little pre-Merry Christmas from me to you," he said in a video recorded for his 1.8 million followers.
"This is the first walk I've been on since having the operation – so many have been so kind to me, thank you so much.
"I got the news the other day that it is all clear, it's cancer free. It was a terribly worrying time but that's done now, it's in the past."
