Prince William sends royal fans wild as he gushes over ‘stunning’ Kate on royal visit

Prince William delighted royals fans with his gushing words towards his "stunning" wife, Kate Middleton.

On Thursday, The Prince and Princess of Wales enjoyed a fun-filled day in Birmingham, where they tried their hand at Indian cooking before making their way to an event at The Rectory – a dynamic venue overlooking the city's historic Jewellery Quarter.

It was there 40 year old William did the rounds greeting well-wishers, and one particularly sweet comment he made about his wife Kate drove onlookers wild.

In video footage captured by Twitter user Isa, one woman was heard telling the father of three: "What an amazing outfit Kate has got on! It's beautiful!"

In response, William gushed: "Oh, she always looks stunning", to which the audience could be heard off-camera saying, "awww."

The thrilled comments also poured in under the video, with one person commenting: "There's a man who truly loves his wife," while another echoed: "He's such a good man."

A third added: "I hope Princess Catherine sees this and saves it in her phone! I'm sure he tells her every day!"

Indeed, Kate looked stunning in a burgundy pleated dress from Karen Millen paired with luxury accessories. In keeping with her tradition of mixing high street brands with more luxurious labels, Princess Kate teamed her Karen Millen dress with matching burgundy suede stiletto heels, which are believed to be the Gianvito 105 pumps from Gianvito Rossi, £600 here, in the appropriately named 'Royal Burgundy Suede' colour.

Meanwhile, at the event at The Rectory, the royals met up with This Morning presenter Alison Hammond, who is from Birmingham.

Alison, 48, even got stuck into a game of interactive darts alongside William and Kate.

The Prince of Wales looked competitive as he attempted to beat his opponents, with everyone's scores displayed on a board in the venue, while Alison comically stretched her muscles as she geared up to take her shot and try to beat William's and Kate's scores.

The TV presenter made sure to snap a selfie with Kate and William and promised fans on social media that she would spill the beans on her royal experience on Friday's This Morning, which she did.
