Ronan Farrow used ‘Catch and Kill’ to pop the question to Jon Lovett

Ronan Farrow‘s book “Catch and Kill” doesn’t just include a slew of scoops — it also details how the reporter proposed to his fiance.

The Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist asked podcast host Jon Lovett to marry him by writing “Marriage?” on a draft of the recently released book.

“I’d send him a draft, and put in a question, right on this page: ‘Marriage? On the moon or even here on earth,’” Farrow, 31, wrote in the book, referencing a running joke the couple had about getting hitched on the moon, according to People

“He read the draft, found the proposal here, and said, ‘Sure,’” Farrow added.

The pair met in 2011, shortly after Lovett, 37, left his gig as a speechwriter for former President Barack Obama.

Farrow and Lovett have kept their relationship largely out of the spotlight and don’t appear to have posted about their engagement.

Last week, Lovett tweeted out a link to “Catch and Kill” and wrote: “I’m so proud of @RonanFarrow and I hope you pre-order Catch and Kill.”
