LG UltraGear Reveals World's-First 45-Inch Curved OLED Display With a 240Hz Refresh Rate

LG‘s UltraGear has just unveiled the world’s first 45-inch curved OLED gaming monitor with a 240Hz refresh rate. With a 21:9 aspect ratio (3440 x 1440) the monitor packs an 800R curvature, a 0.1-millisecond Gray-to-Gray (GTG) response time, and 98.5 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color space.

The 45GR95QE monitor also features superior HD10 performance with HDMI 2.1 support and DisplayPort 1.4 support. For those looking to multitask, the size allows for smooth Picture-by-Picture (PBP) and Picture-in-Picture (PIP) display. The monitor is also given LG’s signature Anti-glare and Low Reflection coating. There’s no news yet on when this will be released or the price, but as a point of reference, it is set to replace the 48GQ900 gaming monitor which was priced at $1,499 USD.
