ochs und junior Readies the due ore Model in British Racing Green

Swiss watchmaker ochs und junior is expanding its collection of time-tellers with a new due ore model sporting a British Racing Green dial.

Housed in a 42mm case composed of grade 5 titanium, the new due ore watch features a unique, two-part modular design created by founder Ludwig Oechslin. In line with the brand’s “radical simplicity” design philosophy, the dial operates on a two-time zone disc that offers a refreshingly minimalistic way to time keep different time zones. The stunning British Racing Green colored dial comes with swirling machining and milling traces, adorned with only a simple handset, plus Roman and Arabic numerals.

Running inside the time-teller is a Swiss-made ETA 2824-2 movement, which provides the piece with 38 hours of power reserve, complete with 100 meters of water resistance.

Priced at 3,500 CHF (approximately $4,086 USD), the due ore will be available in three months. It’s currently open for pre-ordering via ochs und junior’s official website.

Elsewhere in watches, Nivada Grenchen reissues the Chronoking “Paul Newman” with an Orange Dial.
