Take a Closer Look at Balenciaga and Bang & Olufsen's Speaker Couture Bags

At Balenciaga’s 51st Couture show held at Cristóbal Balenciaga‘s original salon, creative director Demna Gvasalia offered a first look at Speaker Couture Bags in collaboration with Danish electronics company Bang & Olufsen. Clutched on the right of the anonymous models donning black reflective masks designed by Mercedes-AMG F1 Applied Science, tracks such as “Love in E Minor” by BFRND were played through the “handheld” speakers.

The Bluetooth-enabled Speakers Bags arrive in a hardshell casing available in both space grey and silver. Button controls are situated below the built-in handle and directional grill perforations are featured on the front. Maintaining a clean and seamless aesthetic, a hidden push-in compartment is placed on the back which offers ample storage room for daily accessories.

The Balenciaga x Bang & Olufsen Speaker Bags are now available at Balenciaga’s couture store in Paris.
