Mum-of-22 Sue Radford celebrates ANOTHER birthday as Phoebe turns five with huge pile of presents

IF YOU think celebrating your children’s birthdays is hard, spare a thought for Sue Radford, who has 22 kids to buy presents for.

Sue, 46, from Morecambe, Lancashire, is mum to Britain’s biggest family, and her daughter Phoebe recently turned five.

Sue and husband Noel, 50, uploaded a YouTube video showing off the huge haul of presents they gave their daughter while on a family trip to Scotland.

The generous gifts, wrapped in pink paper, included Barbie accessories and a huge box full of My Little Ponies.

Sue and Noel are parents to Chris, 32, Sophie, 27, Chloe, 26, Jack, 24, Daniel, 22, Luke, 20, Millie, 19, Katie, 18, James, 17, Ellie, 16, Aimee, 15, Josh, 14, Max, 12, Tillie, 11, Oscar, nine, Casper, eight, Hallie, six, Phoebe, five, Archie, three, Bonnie, two, and Heidie, one.

Sadly the couple's 17th child Alfie was stillborn on July 6, 2014.

The family have recently opened their doors for Channel 5’s 22 Kids and Counting show, which documented their lives under one roof.

In the show, Sue revealed they have spent £1million raising their large brood and she has been pregnant for 16-and-a-half YEARS.

What's more, Sue estimates that the family have celebrated 288 birthdays over the past 31 years.

Millionaire lifestyle

The family famously doesn’t rely on benefits and is supported by their pie shop business.

The Radfords, who live in a 10-bed former care home, often show off their millionaire lifestyle on Instagram.

This includes having an outdoor cinema, TV bed, new £6,500 fridge, and a £30,000 Range Rover car.

The bumper brood have been making the most of their kids being broken up for the holidays by hiring two campervans and touring around Scotland.

During the trip they have done pony-trekking, dolphin watching and they also said they were making the "most amazing memories" exploring the North Coast 500.

Posting their rainy holiday snap, Sue wrote: “Our last day in Scotland was spent here @nevisrange we had such a lovely day the gondola.

“Was absolutely brilliant.

“If you are near Fort William on your travels definitely check it out we loved it.”

Bumper bills

Unsurprisingly, lockdown has played havoc with the Radford's weekly food shop.

Sue revealed how their weekly food bills have boomed by more than £100 to total £400, with the majority of their brood stuck at home in lockdown.

The Radfords use 16 pints of milk and four loaves of bread a day, and each week they go through 80 yoghurts, three tubes of toothpaste and 24 toilet rolls.

And if sausages are on the menu that evening, Sue will need to ensure she puts a staggering 56 under the grill.

Sue also revealed that fajita night includes a staggering 5kg of chicken, 1kg of cheese and four packets of tortilla wraps.

Previously, Britain’s biggest family the Radfords shared a relatable summer holiday snap as they enjoy a break in Scotland.
