Parents rush to Tesco desperate to nab a children's summer essential scanning at only 50p – but you'll need to be quick | The Sun
PARENTS are racing to get to their nearest Tesco, desperate to nab a children’s summer essential that’s been massively reduced.
So if you’ve got a little one or know someone who does, you’ll need to pay attention.
One bargain hunter was able to get her hands on a beautiful girls’ swimsuit, for just 50p in the Tesco sale – yes, you heard that correctly.
Savvy shopper Fern Louise was left open-mouthed when shopping in her local Tesco, when she spotted the reduced swimsuits.
But while the brightly-coloured buy was originally priced at £5 and then marked with a reduced sticker of £1.50, it’s no surprise that she was absolutely beaming when it scanned at just 50p at the till.
Fern proudly took to social media, posting in a private Facebook group, Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, which has 2.3 million members, to show off her cut-price buy.
