CELEBRITIES are frequently in the public eye and some have taken drastic action and gone under the knife in the quest for perfection.

Here are some of our favourite celebrities, who have tweaked their looks and opted for rhinoplasty over the years – and some look unrecognisable.

Jennifer Aniston

Did you know that Jennifer Aniston has also had a nose job?

The Friends favourite said that her nose was broken after she was hit in the face with a ball at high school.

As a result, she decided to have the operation to fix the problem.

James Argent

Arg took to Instagram in October 2017 to give fans a look at his new nose and thanked his surgeon for improving his "overall confidence and self-esteem".

The reality star exclusively told The Sun Online that he decided to go under the knife after his dramatic four stone has left him feeling like his nose was “too big.”

Arg said: “At school my nickname was always ‘Nostrils’ because my nostrils are huge – I’ve literally never seen anyone with bigger nostrils than me!"

Kendall Rae Knight

Love Island's Kendall Rae Knight has unveiled her new nose after she underwent a secret rhinoplasty in Turkey in 2018.

The reality star, who was catapulted into the limelight on ITV2 instalment, was pictured on Elite Cosmetic Surgery's Instagram page pre and post surgery.

The side-by-side Instagram post showcased her on the left before going under the knife and the right modelling her new nose 14 days post-op.

The cosmetic clinic, which is based in Turkey, captioned the image: "Amazing Rhinoplasty result performed by @dr.yigit.tiftikcioglu.”

Kendall said on Instagram: "So last week it came out that I had a bump removed from my nose a few months ago (not a couple of weeks ago).

"I've never denied this or done this in secret as all my close friends and family had known I was planning on doing this for years and they saw me through it all."

Charlotte Crosby

Charlotte Crosby opted for the op to remove a ridge in her nose which she said stopped her from feeling confident and sexy.

In an interview she explained that she had always wanted to get it done.

Speaking to The Sun Online, Charlotte said she's fed up about being asked about which cosmetic procedures she's had done.

She said: "I have spoken about my nose job and how I get my lips done and I’ve spoken about the corrective back surgery I’ve had… The answers are out there."

Bobby Norris

Bobby's new nose became the talking point for Towie viewers, with cruel trolls even comparing the star to Kardashians matriarch Kris Jenner after his cosmetic surgery in 2017.

The star had stunned fans by deciding to go under the knife.

After melting the nation’s hearts when he opened up about his insecurities on Channel 4’s Celebs Go Dating, the Essex lad flew to Turkey to have the procedure done – alongside reality TV star pal Jemma Lucy.

Rebecca Adlington

After years of being bullied and tormented about her looks Rebecca took action and went under the knife at the age of 27.

She had the size of her nose reduced and a bump removed.

Aged just 19, Becky was selected for Team GB at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and won gold in the 400m and 800m freestyle event.

She became the first woman to win swimming gold for GB for 48 years, and the first British swimmer to win more than one gold medal at a games for 100 years.

Heidi Montag

The Hills beauty sensationally underwent ten procedures in one day in 2009.

She had already had a nose job before her dramatic day of ops but underwent a nose job revision as part of the mammoth session.

Mario Falcone

Mario underwent the £5,000 procedure in 2016, conducted by celebrity surgeon Dr Riccardo Frati, in London.

He told The Sun how he had decided to go under the knife after being bullied by some of his co-stars.

Mario explained: “I broke my nose playing football when I was 11.

“It didn’t bother me until five years ago when Arg and Diags picked on me about how big it was live on Towie.

“I’m proud of my Italian heritage – our nose is supposed to be a striking feature, like David Gandy.

“But everyone jumped on the bandwagon and I was bullied on social media for years, with people setting up Twitter accounts dedicated to slagging off my nose.”

Jennifer Grey

In 1989, the famous Dirty Dancing actress had what she described as "the nose job from hell."

The actress claims that following the operation she became anonymous as no one recognised her with her new nose.

In 2012 Jennifer said: "I went into the operating room a celebrity and came out anonymous.

"It was the nose job from hell. I'll always be this once-famous actress nobody recognises because of a nose job."

Chloe Madeley

Stunning fitness fanatic Chloe revealed to her Instagram followers that she had fixed her nose after having broken it twice in the past.

She insists that she didn't undergo the £5,000 procedure because of online trolls but just for herself.

She is now a television presenter, model, and fitness expert – not to mention Fabulous' relationship advice columnist too!
