SAG Awards: Best and Wackiest Red Carpet Looks of All Time

With more of a party vibe than some of the other ceremonies, the SAG Awards have historically been all about the glitz and glamour — albeit with a boundary-pushing twist. While that often results in gorgeous gowns (think: Julianne Moore Opens a New Window. circa 2016 or 2013 Jessica Chastain Opens a New Window. ) and pretty cool pantsuits (i.e. Yara Shahidi Opens a New Window. in 2018 or Gwendoline Christie Opens a New Window. in 2017), sometimes stars opt for riskier looks that don’t exactly pan out.

With the 2019 SAG Awards set to broadcast from the Shrine Auditorium in L.A. on Sunday, January 27, Us Weekly is taking a look back at some of the most memorable looks from the event’s 25-year history — the ones that stood out in ways both good and … questionable. Keep scrolling to see our picks for the all-time best and riskiest-dressed stars at the SAG Awards!

Best Jumpsuit

Yara Shahidi’s jumpsuit isn’t technically a gown, but that’s one of the reasons it stood out! With a chic train and pockets, this Ralph Lauren Collection number was the star of the 2018 red carpet.
