Stacey Solomon makes budget wedding table numbers as she reveals she hopes to marry Joe Swash at the ‘end of summer’
STACEY Solomon and Joe Swash will tie the knot this year in an intimate ceremony after the Eastenders star popped the question on Christmas Eve.
And since the couple got engaged, the mum-of-three has been hard at work planning her perfect day, even crafting her own decorations for the occasion – which she hopes will be at the 'end of summer'.
And in true Stacey Solomon style, the bits and bobs do come cheap, and are pretty easy to make using just a few supplies.
After already whipping up her own wedding favours – 65p coasters – table decorations and even a globe guestbook, the crafty X Factor star has now made some stunning table numbers using her beloved fejkas.
Taking the time while her boys were distracted, Stacey treated herself to a fun 'crafternoon'.
Giving fans a step-by-step tutorial on Instagram, Stacey started by wrapping the faux plant around a gold ring which she said was originally for her nieces flower crowns.
Just like she did with her table coasters, Stacey then added an assortment of dried flowers before adding the plastic insert.
At first, Stacey admitted that she wasn't sure how she could make them work, and said she'd already ordered some other table numbers – a square design.
But she found a frame with a plastic insert which she ended up using inside the decorated gold ring – and it worked perfectly.

Using a dinner plate, Stacey traced around the edge to create a circle before gluing it to the edges of the newly-decorated ring.
She then labelled each of them with "one" and "three" admitting she'll most likely use them on every second seat – the odd numbers – and use the original ones she'd ordered for the others.
The Loose Women panellist has wasted no time in planning her big day, and in just over a month has already found the "perfect venue".
She previously admitted she has her heart set on marrying in 2021 as their "loved ones won't be around forever".
Stacey answered some questions from her followers and said that her and Joe are "hoping to get married at the end of summer".
Although they're unsure how many people they will be allowed to have at their wedding due to the coronavirus restrictions, she said she hopes to have a seperate table for every household in attendance.
