Youth Lab's £20 face cream that 'trains your skin to look younger' crashed the Boots website when it launched

Youth Lab's Oxygen Moisture Cream only just launched in the UK – but it's already proving incredibly popular.

According to the product's description, it works to enhance the skin's metabolism for "healthier, younger-looking skin".

Its ingredients include wild yam – believed to stimulate collagen reproduction – and baker's yeast, which has key elements for skin health.

The cream also contains hyaluronic acid – one of the beauty industry's most hyped ingredients – to provide long-lasting hydration.

Argan oil and provitamin B5 "nourish and help skin cell rejuvenation".

As the ingredients are both herbal and bio-technological, they're bio-compatible. This means your skin should recognise them as its own and instantly soak them up.

Konstantinos Kafkas – founder of Youth Lab – said: "Youth Lab will make skin of a 40-year-old perform like it did in your thirties – reducing ageing, reversing signs of sun damage, giving it more moisture, better texture and lasting results."

When the cream launched on Boots, it was so in demand it actually crashed the website.

While it's now out of stock, you can buy it direct from the brand's website – although it'll set you back a little more at £22.77.
