Chipotle Adds Keto, Whole30 and Paleo Friendly Menu Options
Good news, Chipotle fans: it’s now totally possible to visit your favorite Mexican food chain even if you’re dieting. Today, the company launched four new “Lifestyle Bowls” created for specific diets: Paleo, Whole30 and Keto. There’s also a general Double-Protein that includes two meats.
The items are meant to help people stick to their preferred style of eating when dining out.
Ready to give up your beloved burrito for a Lifestyle Bowl? Here’s a breakdown of what’s included in each bowl:
Whole30 Salad Bowl
Nutrition information: 490 calories, 34 grams of fat, 18 grams of carbohydrates, and 26 grams of protein
Paleo Salad Bowl
Nutrition information: 445 calories, 29 grams of fat, 21 grams of carbohydrates, and 29 grams of protein.
Keto Salad Bowl
Nutrition information: 590 calories, 42 grams of fat, 15 grams of carbohydrates, and 32 grams of protein
Double Protein Bowl
Nutrition information: 815 calories, 27.5 grams of fat, 70 grams of carbohydrates, and 67 grams of protein
If you’re a Chipotle regular, you probably noticed that these bowls aren’t exactly new as all of the ingredients are already available. However, Chipotle has taken the guesswork out of ordering by assembling the bowls to fit these popular diets.
