Disney’s New Star Wars Land Will Be a Foodie’s Paradise—See What’s On The Menu

We are finally just a few months away from being able to explore Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, a themed land opening on May 31, 2019, at Disneyland in California, and August 29, 2019, at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.

Not only is the much-anticipated new area the largest single-themed land ever created in a Disney park, it is also set to be a gastronomic paradise, with a menu full of Star Wars-themed food and beverages that will tantalize fans and foodies alike.

Three hot spots will exist within Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge for grabbing grub: Black Spire Outpost market (found on the Planet Batuu), where guests will encounter aliens, droids and other familiar faces while searching for food and other goodies; Oga’s Cantina, where DJ R-3X, a former pilot droid, spins tunes for the crowd while they sip exotic beverages; and Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, the “designated location for traveling food shuttles.”

No matter how many light saber battles you engage in, there’s no way you’re leaving here hungry. Check out all the food and drink options you’ll find in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, below.

Felucian Garden Spread

Another deceivingly vegetarian dish at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, these plant-based kefta ‘meatballs’ come with herb hummus and tomato-cucumber relish with pita bread.

Smoked Kaadu Ribs

Outpost Mix

Who doesn’t love a little kettle corn?! This colorful snack is unique for its combination of sweet, savory and spicy flavors, and will be available at Kat Saka’s Kettle, located in the Black Spire Outpost market.

Oven-Roasted Burra Fish

Much like the Oven-Roasted Tip Yip, this healthy fish dish also comes with mixed greens, roasted vegetables, quinoa, pumpkin seeds and a creamy green curry ranch dressing. The best part? The fish is sustainable, and Dijon-crusted.

Meiloorun Juice, Turkey Jerky and the Ronto Wrap

A meal fit for a Jedi! Find this refreshing drink, salty turkey jerky, and meat-stuffed wrap at Ronto Roasters in the Black Spire Outpost market. The Ronto Wrap is filled with spiced grilled sausage and roasted pork.

Blue and Green Milk

Located in the Black Spire Outpost market, the Milk Stand will serve up two local favorites: blue and green milk. Blue milk was introduced in Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope during a family meal with Luke Skywalker, while green milk was first seen in Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi when Luke lived on planet Ahch-To.

Moogan Tea, Blue Bantha, Bloody Rancor and Black Spire Brew

Four wild and wacky beverages, from left to right (The Bloody Rancor contains alcohol.) They’re on the menu at Olga’s Cantina.

Phattro and Moof Juice

Slurp down these non-alcoholic beverages at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo.

Carbon Freeze, Oga’s Obsession Provision and Cliff Dweller

These three are non-alcoholic, which is good because they’re too colorful not to be tempting to little ones. Find them at Oga’s Cantina.

The Outer Rim, Bespin Fizz, Yub Nub and Fuzzy Tauntaun

All four of these cocktails include alcohol, for when you’re sick of all your kids’ light saber battles. They are also available at Olga’s Cantina.
