Here's how to make Hailey Bieber's TikTok famous strawberry glaze skin smoothie

We’re always looking for ways to improve our skin health and if it is through the medium of food, we’ll always approve.

One such skin boosting recipe is now doing the rounds on TikTok and Instagram thanks to Hailey Bieber.

Her delicious strawberry smoothie promises to make your skin glow from within.

Plus, it looks positively delicious too.

The model recently teamed up with a California-based health food store to launch a version of her TikTok famous strawberry glaze skin smoothie. However, it came with a hefty price tag, selling for a whopping $17 per smoothie.

The smoothie contains an almond milk base and plenty of organic fruits, including bananas, strawberries, dates, and avocado.

There’s also a helping of Vital Proteins vanilla collagen, which is said to help support healthy hair, skin, nails, bones, and joints. In addition there is organic maple syrup, sea moss, and house-made strawberry sauce for added sweetness.

Thankfully, a number of clever social media users learned how to make the smoothie for less and we couldn’t be happier.

User @coconutandbliss has shared the simple recipe on her Instagram page for all to try.

In this smoothie you are getting the best of benefits for your skin. Almonds contain a nice dose of vitamin E and zinc, while strawberries are good for your heart, and the collagen and hyaluronic acid help with skin cell turnover.

So, what are you waiting for?

It’s time to get your skin glowing just like Hailey’s.

  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen
  • 2 potted dates
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Coconut milk
  • Strawberry glaze (microwaved strawberries and honey, mashed it together then pressed it through a metal sieve)

Blend all smoothie ingredients together until smooth.

Decorate the glass with coconut milk and strawberry glaze.

Serves one.
