How to make four-ingredient homemade cinnamon crunch ice cream without a machine

Looking for a treat to cool you down in the heatwave? This four-ingredient no churn ice cream could be perfect.

The recipe for the cinnamon flavoured dessert was created by Eloise Head, AKA FitWaffle, and you don’t need any specialist equipment to make it.

All you need is condensed milk, double cream, cinnamon and some of Nestle’s Curiously Cinnamon breakfast cereal (known as Cinnamon Toast Crunch in the U.S.).

In terms of equipment, grab a hand mixer and a loaf tin, plus a bowl to stir everything together in.

If you aren’t a fan of Curiously Cinnamon, Eloise says you can use any cereal you fancy – just crush it up nice and finely.

You do need to freeze this overnight so it’s not the quickest recipe, but get started now and you’ll have something cool to enjoy tomorrow.

Eloise recommends taking it out of the freezer about 10 minutes before you want to serve it up or it will be too hard to scoop.


1 tin condensed milk
475ml double cream
1 tsp cinnamon
100g Curiously cinnamon cereal (aka Cinnamon toast crunch), finely crushed + extra for the topping
