Fact: Grill marks make just about any food taste better, and juicy pineapple is no exception. But since it’s too cold to barbecue outside in February, grab a grill pan!

Pair your fired-up fruit with some doctored-up Greek yogurt, and you’ve got a snack that puts ordinary fruit and yogurt to shame.

Grilled Pineapple with Yogurt Dip
Serves 4

16 pineapple rings (or slices), fresh or packed in juice
One 5.3-oz. container (about ⅔ cup) fat-free plain Greek yogurt
2 natural no-calorie sweetener packets
⅛ tsp. cinnamon
⅛ tsp. vanilla extract

1. Bring a grill pan sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Working in batches as needed, cook pineapple rings until slightly blackened and caramelized, about 2 minutes per side.

2. Mix yogurt, sweetener, cinnamon, and vanilla until uniform. Serve with pineapple for dipping.
