KFC launches teriyaki burger and bites for an end-of-summer treat

Teriyaki chicken fan? Well, now you can fill your boots at KFC.

From Monday (July 24), KFC is making its burgers sweet and sticky with a new Japanese-inspired Teriyaki Burger and Bites.

The Teriyaki Burger features an Original Recipe chicken fillet, pickled slaw in a Teriyaki sauce, served in a brioche style bun.

Meanwhile the Teriyaki Bites feature boneless chicken, tossed in Teriyaki sauce.

Available for a limited time only until September 3, it’s the perfect late summer treat.

It’ll set you back £6.49 for the burger, and £2.49 for the bites.

You can get them in restaurants and via delivery too, for those hungover mornings in bed.

The chain previously had a ‘gourmet’ Teriyaki steak version in 2017 in Japan for a limited time, so who knows if the chicken fast food joint will ever brave beef again.
