All of the times ‘broody’ Kate Middleton has opened up about wanting a fourth child

Kate Middleton gushed over babies during her solo tour of Denmark this week.

The Duchess of Cambridge joked to parents at Copenhagen’s Children’s Museum: “It makes me very broody. William always worries about me meeting under one year olds. I come home saying ‘let’s have another one’.”

Kate shares three children with Prince William: Prince George, eight, Princess Charlotte, six, and three-year-old Prince Louis.

The duchess caused great excitement among royal fans as she announced her broodiness, sparking hopes of baby number four for the Cambridge family – but will it happen?

Adorable Anastasia

Back in January, Kate paid a visit to Church on the Street – a charity supporting folk affected by homelessness and addiction in Burnley, Lancashire.

Inside, the duchess met volunteer Trudi, committee member Alastair, and their adorable baby girl Anastasia Barrie.

Kate cooed over the bonny baby as Anastasia’s parents passed her over for the duchess to cuddle.

William, who’d joined his wife on the visit, caught Kate gazing lovingly into the baby’s eyes.

The Prince quipped: “Don’t give her any ideas,” and warned Kate with a smile: “You can’t take her with you.”

Ballymena baby

Kate welcomed youngest son Prince Louis to the Cambridge brood in April 2018.

The following year, in February 2019, a bonny Irish baby made the duchess want another.

During a tour of Northern Ireland, Kate enjoyed a walkabout in Ballymena.

The duchess met a five-month-old baby called James and got fans’ hopes up about her family plans.

“He’s gorgeous. It makes me feel broody,” Kate confessed to James Barr’s dad Alan.

The proud father asked Kate if she and William were considering baby number four.

But Kate laughed and replied: “I think William might be slightly worried.”

Puppy love

If not a baby – why not another dog?

In January, on a joint outing to Clitheroe Community Hospital in Lancashire, Kate and William met a very special furry guest.
