Asda is selling chicken nuggets shaped like safari animals – and your kids will love them – The Sun

DINNER time has just become all the more exotic, as Asda is selling chicken nuggets shaped like safari animals.

The breaded chicken pieces could be perfect if your little ones are fussy eaters.

The 342g packs of nine wholegrain chicken pieces cost £1.50 each, and they're available both on Asda's website and in stores.

The supermarket has 640 stores across the UK. You can find your nearest one using its store locator tool.

They're best enjoyed after 15 minutes in the oven, cooked from frozen.

The chicken shapes were shared by Facebook page Money Saver Online, and the post's proved popular among shoppers.

One user said: "I bet Sophie would LOVE to eat these with aunto barb with a nice wee side salad!"

While another added: "Dinner time has peaked," and a third one said: "I know they're for kids but I really want them."

The nuggets are the only ones of its kind in the big four supermarkets, so you'll need to shop at Asda to get your hands on them.

Or if you're looking for something a bit more romantic, Aldi is rolling out 20-packs of heart-shaped chicken nuggets for £1.19 this Valentine's Day.

Last year, B&M rolled out face plates that are perfect for fussy eaters, according to parents.

In May, Aldi also started selling Peppa Pig pasta shapes for just 99p a bag.

Meanwhile, a mum has claimed a clear school lunchbox transformed her "fussy" daughter's eating habits.
