Cheltenham Festival 2019 runners and riders: Sire Du Berlais heads up 24-strong field for the Pertemps Final

The Gordon Elliott-trained and JP McManus-owned seven-year-old has been well-supported for the £100,000 race.

Ian Williams's First Assignment is among the leading British-trained runners.

There is a strong Irish presence, with the likes of Walk To Freedom, Cap York and Thermistocles declared.

Boyhood was tipped up by Paddy Brennan pre-Festival and he has been declared by Tom George.

Samburu Shujaa is also well-fancied, while Aaron Lad and Cuneo are other significant runners.

The race will be broadcast live on ITV. Racing TV will also have live coverage of the race.

The race is due to get underway at 2.10pm on Thursday and is the second race on day three of the Cheltenham Festival.
