A model is gearing up to pose for the Playboy Denmark cover.

While many stars prepare by getting a wax, fake tan or bouncy blow dry, Lunna Leblanc has taken things a step further.

The bombshell decided to go under the knife ahead of her big shoot.

She decided to get "designer vagina" surgery in order to "feel the sensation of (her) first time on this cover again".

She hopes the surgery will invigorate her and give her a new lease of life – and also sees it as celebration of everything she's achieved in her career so far.

Lunna said: "I want to celebrate my joviality and celebrate this phase of my life, with everything I have achieved."

After booking in for the op, the model took photos of herself wearing lingerie in a youthful theme alongside a giant teddy bear.

In one of the model's photos, she wrote: "I confess that having the surgery was not a very easy decision."

"I thought about it for five months, ever since I was invited to pose for Playboy.

"But now I decided to do it and it will be the best choice of my life."

Speaking at the time, the 23-year-old said: "He blessed me in every way, I have faith and I am confident for this prize."

The babe also spoke out after deciding to run for the prestigious Miss BumBum 2021 title.

Earlier this year, Lunna said she wanted to get the Pope's blessing ahead of her Playboy Denmark shoot.

She claims to follow Pope Francis on Twitter and is often inspired by his social media posts.

Unfortunately at the time, the model received backlash over her comments of the Pope.

She added: "It's not because I'm a model that I don't have faith. I follow Pope Francis' Twitter and feel at peace with his messages."
